Classroom Holiday Story

I wanted to share the hilarious story that went with the very generous gifts from the entire class.  I thought you'd enjoy hearing the story as much as your children did!

Once upon a time, in a land far away called Craddock, there lived a fair maiden named Mrs. Bruder and her gang of roller blading dare devils: Lillian, Grace, Autumn, Isabella, Leslie, Olyvia, and Bailey.
One morning Mrs. Bruder awoke to not sunshine, but moonlight!  The warlock, named Colin, who lived in the next county of Leighton, had cast a spell over the land.  Everything was backwards!  Mrs. Bruder did not know what to do, so she sent for her wise advisor Ashton and his assistant Zaara.  Zaara had seen this spell before and knew how to break it.  First we need one hair from a boy named Zach, a toenail from a boy named Michael, and a little spit from a boy named Mitchel.  Mix it together and bury the concoction in the garden.  After you do that, you must do everything backwards for one day. Mrs. Bruder said that she'd do anything to reverse the spell because she had a date with a handsome prince named Mr. Bruder the next day.
Mrs. Bruder brushed her teeth and got ready to go to the movies with her friends Avery and Andrew.  The movie was an action packed adventure and starred Dylan and Christian.  After the movie, they went to dinner at a new place named "Gino's."  This restaurant was known for their Madon special.  Their waiter Mason brought them coffee.  After coffee, Mrs. Bruder went shopping at a fancy store called "Katherine's" to buy a new scarf to wear on her date the next day.  As they walked down the street they ran into other friends named Christopher and Vinesh who wanted to know why they were wearing their pj's.  Mrs. Bruder told them the whole story.  They said, "Wow, good luck! That happened once to our friend Ramario and he had to wear his pj's for an entire week!"
Have a wacky, quirky, and wonderful winter break!
