Welcome to 2nd Grade!

If you're reading this blog, I hope it's because you just found out that you are in my class!  I am very excited for school to begin, and I hope that you are too!  I have planned so many exciting activities that I am certain you will love.  Keep checking your mail next week, because I am going to send you a letter with lots of information.  I can't wait to meet you in a few weeks, and enjoy the rest of your summer!

Twinsburg Nature Center

A big thank you to Mr. Warnke and Mrs. Trivisonno for helping on our field trip.  The Twinsburg Ledges were beautiful, and worth a repeat trip if you  have time. As you can see, the kids had a terrific day!

Mock Market

We had a great day with our Mock Market.  The students learned first hand what it was like to be a producer and a consumer.  You can tell by the looks on their faces how much fun they had!

Mr. Clark's Visit

Teacher Appreciation Week

Thank you to everyone for making me feel so appreciated during Teacher Appreciation Week!  I loved all the treats, flowers, supplies, and especially the notes!  I feel so fortunate to have such great kids, and thoughtful parents in my class this year!  You're the best!

Angela Johnson

Room 110 had the privilege of having Angela Johnson come and visit today.  The children had an opportunity to learn about her as a writer, and got the inside scoop on some of her books!  It was an amazing experience!
